Hi all, I’ve been thinking seriously about changing my job and moving into something more meaningful, and recently I started looking into care-related roles. I don’t have a strong medical background, so I’m trying to understand if it’s realistic to begin in this field without prior experience. While reading about different options, I came across mentions of Home Health Careers Pennsylvania, but I’m still unsure how people usually enter this type of work. At one point I thought maybe I should just try to start working in home care, even if it’s a basic role at first, just to gain some experience. I’ve also noticed that there are different positions listed, like caregiver or home health aide, which makes me wonder how they differ in daily responsibilities. I’d prefer something where I can learn step by step instead of being overwhelmed from the beginning. If anyone has already made a similar transition, I’d really like to hear how you approached it.
