Rev. Dr. Beverly Dale, aka Rev Bev, is an ordained Christian clergy whose focus of both her academic and professional life has been to explore the intersection of spirituality and sexuality. She is the founder of the Incarnation Institute for Sex & Faith and developed the curriculum for training clergy and sexual health professionals the primary text of which is Advancing Sexual Health for the Christian Client, Data and Dogma (Routledge 2019). Her newest book, Who Told You That You Were Naked? Meditations on the Sexual Body (Pilgrim Press 2024) presents tools to heal from repressive messages from the Western Church and culture.
