About

Many of our clients experience sexual inertia due to receiving negative childhood sexual messages. This workshop led by Gail Guttman, LCSW helps you develop skills to help your clients release themselves from harmful and/or disturbing sexual messages that were given to them throughout their life cycle. Focusing on the developmental stages from birth to early adulthood, explore healthy sexual messages at different life phases and explore the messages you received at these stages. In compiling them, you can discover what influenced you the most. To release these messages, we need to help our clients focus on internal healing and relational healing. This course provides two experiential exercises in order to facilitate healthy sexual self-esteem.
