This groundbreaking training delves into the intricate relationship between emotional well-being and female sexual health challenges. In this course, we will explore the profound impact of anhedonia on both sexual disorders and mental health, unveiling a novel approach to treatment that promises a transformative journey toward satisfying pleasures. Course Highlights: Understanding the Foundations: We will begin by examining how the inability to experience satisfying pleasures, known as anhedonia, can serve as a common thread linking sexual and mental health disorders. The Core Emotional Systems: A unique feature of this training is the exploration of the wired-in core emotional systems—SEEKING, FEAR, RAGE, PANIC/GRIEF, LUST, and CARE. We will discuss how imbalances in these systems can contribute to sexual and affective disorders. Introduction to Affective Balance Therapies (ABT): Discover a cutting-edge therapeutic strategy, ABT, which focuses on the embodied experience of core emotions. Throughout the training, we will present the comprehensive ABT toolbox. Tailored Interventions: Learn how to apply ABT to address specific sexual challenges.
